3、 Workcharacteristic

The structure is simple and sturdy, with no movable parts, high reliability, and very reliable for long-term operation. Easy to install and very convenient to maintain. The detection sensor does not directly contact the measured medium, with stable performance and long lifespan. The output is a pulse signal proportional to the flow rate, with no zero drift and high accuracy. The measurement range is wide, and the range ratio can reach 1:10. Low pressure loss, low operating costs, and energy-saving significance. Within a certain Reynolds number range, the output signal frequency is not affected by changes in fluid physical properties and composition. The instrument coefficient is only related to the shape and size of the vortex generator, and there is no need for compensation when measuring fluid volume flow rate. After replacing accessories, there is generally no need to recalibrate the instrument coefficient. Widely applicable, the flow rates of steam, gas, and liquid can be measured. The verification period is two years.

LUGBThe application inner diameter range of the KTLUI type vortex flow sensor is 25-300mm (full tube type), and the application inner diameter range of the KTLUI type insertion vortex street flow sensor is 350-1200mm (insertion type). The full tube type measures liquid with an accuracy of 1%, steam and gas with an accuracy of 1.5%, the insertion type measures liquid with an accuracy of 2%, and steam and gas with an accuracy of 2.5%. The measured medium temperature is -20~150 ℃, -40~250 ℃,+100~350 ℃ (tube type only), and the output signal is a three wire voltage pulse, with a three wire 4-20mA and a two wire 4-20mA

4、 Basic structure and installation dimensions

The flowmeter consists of a body, a support column, and an amplifying display device. There are two ways to connect with pipelines, namely flange clamping and flange connection. Figure 2 shows the schematic diagram of flange clamping, Figure 3 shows the schematic diagram of flange connection, and Tables 1 and 2 provide relevant reference dimensions.
